  Today me and my boyfriend went here for breakfast and they were super under staffed. We happily waited with understanding, and just 5 minutes later people start yelling at one specific waitress about the wait being ridiculous. There was maybe 3 waitresses there for the rush in the first place so of course it was busy. After waiting some time we get seated with the same waitress others were yelling at, and she's trying hard not to show she's crying. First of all NO ONE should ever be made to feel so bad during work that they are crying on shift, second I made it my best effort to be the sweetest customer. I didn't complain (not that there was anything to complain about, everything was Gucci) and I also tipped roughly 11$ even though my order only came to 27$.
  
  Yes, this IHOP is under staffed most of the time, and it's really busy.. but you only have a bad time if you put yourself in a bad mood.

  In my opinion:
  
  4 out of the 45ish tables occupied and told it will be a 15 minute wait!?  Took forever than that to be seated.  Order wrong to the max.  Total time? 1:45min

  I didn't really like the "special" different kinds of pancakes they had because they lacked flavor despite being smothered in different sauces. Other foods I have had were okay though and the employees are always nice.
  Realmente no me gustaron los diferentes tipos de panqueques que tenían porque les faltaba sabor a pesar de estar sofocados en diferentes salsas. Oral comidas que he tenido estaban bien y los empleados siempre son amables.

  Yo, Garbage Service, no refills,  cook was yelling at the server to take food to the customers. Don't go, Go elsewhere. This family got no service,  not even a glass of water, they just got up and left. You choose.

  You come here for the late nite pancakes or omlette, not Michelin star cuisine! It's just a cleaner version of a greasy diner is all. Despite how understaffed they are, this location seems to be pretty good with their level of cleanliness and how the front end team communicates with the cooks. Their multi-ethnic group is always so so friendly and responds well and quickly to orders taken. Although their food needs a little work, when it comes to late nite eats, we enjoy this IHOP!
